Job summary

Crystal Equation Corporation is seeking a Data Operations Analyst focused on data quality, deduplication, enrichment, and robust lead routing to field reps. You will audit CRM data, resolve misrouted or missing leads, and build scalable qualification processes with SLAs to support reliable prospect assignment.

You will apply your Salesforce experience and strong SQL/Excel skills to validate data, partner with sales leadership, and determine where AI can streamline QA tasks and anomaly detection.

Qualifications

• 5-6+ years in data operations or GTM engineering
• Hands-on Salesforce CRM experience including deduplication and field mapping
• Strong instinct for data quality and complex data structures
• Experience designing lead qualification criteria and SLAs
• Experience with third-party data vendors and enrichment tools
• Strong Excel/Google Sheets skills
• Strong SQL skills for validation and ad hoc analysis
• Python skills are a strong plus
• Experience with AI tools for lightweight internal processes

Responsibilities

• Data sourcing and deduplication to ensure accuracy before pipeline entry
• Lead qualification and routing to ensure correct reps receive qualified leads
• CRM data integrity: clean duplicates and ensure account structures hold up
• Escalations and field partnership to fix underlying data issues
• Identify where AI accelerates data QA, enrichment, or anomaly detection and measure performance
