  • Support enterprise data projects through data preparation, validation, documentation, and analysis.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align data operations with business objectives.
  • Assist in identifying trends, insights, and opportunities to improve data-driven decision making.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives focused on data quality and operational effectiveness.
  • Provide responsive and professional support to internal and external stakeholders via email, phone, and other communication channels.

Reports To: Director of Data Operations

Position Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Data Operations Specialist to support the accuracy, integrity, and strategic value of data within our Customer Relationship Management (CRM) platform. This role is responsible for maintaining high-quality constituent records, supporting data governance initiatives, optimizing workflows, and contributing to organization-wide data projects.

The ideal candidate is highly organized, comfortable working with large datasets, and passionate about improving processes through data quality and automation. This position regularly handles sensitive and confidential information and requires strong judgment, professionalism, and collaboration skills.

Key Responsibilities
Data Management & Integrity
  • Maintain and audit CRM records in accordance with established data governance standards.
  • Research, verify, and update constituent demographic, biographic, and professional information.
