Job summary

NightOwl Consulting seeks a Data Analyst / CRM Assistant to maintain clean, actionable data and ensure CRM tools are optimized for performance. You will support marketing, operations, and sales by generating reports, dashboards, and ensuring data consistency across platforms.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years in data-focused or CRM roles, strong Excel skills, and familiarity with Insellerate, HubSpot, Salesforce, and other CRMs.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in a data-focused or CRM support role.
• Familiarity with mortgage, real estate, or finance industries is a plus.
• Proficient with Excel functions (VLOOKUP, CONCAT, IFERROR, INDEX, MATCH).
• Strong attention to detail and data integrity practices.

Responsibilities

• Clean, organize, and maintain large data sets for consistency across platforms.
• Use advanced Excel functions to analyze data for reports and imports.
• Identify data trends, errors and gaps, and proactively resolve issues.
• Generate weekly/monthly reports and dashboards for sales, marketing, and operations.
• Perform CRM administration & support across Insellerate or similar systems, updating records and campaigns.
