You will craft data-driven CRM strategies, build real-time, personalized customer journeys, and optimize segmentation to boost retention and lifetime value.

You will lead a cross-functional team, partner with Product and Tech, and drive campaigns with AI-powered personalization while ensuring regulatory compliance and responsible gaming

Qualifications

• 7+ years in CRM, retention marketing or similar role in regulated markets.
• Deep knowledge of digital marketing, real-time CRM tools, and personalization engines.
• Proven ability to interpret data and translate it into actionable strategies.
• Track record in lifecycle marketing, segmentation, and retention optimization.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement a comprehensive CRM Life Cycle Management strategy to drive retention and engagement.
• Build real-time, automated customer journeys and event-driven campaigns.
• Optimize segmentation models to improve targeting and engagement rates.
• Align CRM strategies with business goals to improve LTV and reduce churn.
• Lead CRM and marketing teams and present insights to stakeholders.
