Job summary

ServiceNow is seeking a Senior Product Marketing professional to join the Service CRM team in Boston. You will drive GTM activation, craft messaging, and develop content that helps sellers win across the field.

You will partner with Sales, Demand Gen, and Field Marketing to launch programs, build tools for sellers, and stay ahead of competitive shifts. Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration are essential. Experience launching end-to-end GTM motions in B2B SaaS is required.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in product marketing, sales enablement, GTM strategy, demand gen, or a combination.
• Proven track record of building and activating GTM programs that drive measurable outcomes.
• Experience working in or closely alongside enterprise sales organizations.
• Strong written communication abilities and experience presenting to senior stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Sales, Demand Gen, and Field Marketing to ensure messaging translates into deals.
• Build launch plans and run them; own milestones and drive cross-functional execution.
• Identify gaps in field positioning and develop content and programs to close them.
• Create the tools sellers use daily—pitch decks, talk tracks, battle cards, discovery frameworks.
• Run enablement sessions with live training and recorded content to drive adoption.
• Know how ServiceNow stacks up against competitors and build content to arm sellers.
• Build assets across the full funnel—thought leadership, event programs, customer stories, analyst materials.
• Translate product capabilities into customer-facing messaging for service and CX leaders.
• Keep the messaging current as the product and competitive landscape evolve.
