Job summary

Alice and Olivia in New York is seeking a CRM Specialist to lead Email and SMS programs, leveraging Klaviyo and Attentive to drive engagement, retention and revenue. You will work hands‑on with first‑party data, segmentation and performance insights to optimize campaigns and identify opportunities across the CRM stack.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in CRM, Email/SMS, retention marketing, or related digital marketing roles.
• Strong hands‑on experience with Klaviyo and Attentive platforms for campaigns, segmentation and reporting.
• Experience with a CDP, first‑party data, and audience creation.
• Experience with analytics tools (Northbeam, GA4) to assess performance and attribution.
• Collaborative, detail‑driven and able to work across multiple teams in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Own and execute the Email and SMS strategy across Klaviyo and Attentive to drive engagement, retention, and revenue.
• Develop actionable audience segments from customer data and behavioral history for personalized CRM campaigns.
• Own CRM measurement, reporting, and testing using analytics tools to translate insights into optimizations.
• Manage content calendar and campaign execution with cross‑functional partners for launches and promotions.
• Serve as the day‑to‑day CRM lead for the tech stack (Klaviyo, Attentive, CDP) and coordinate integrations and data quality.
