Job summary

Malbon is seeking a Senior CRM Manager to own and scale our customer communications across Email, SMS, and Push, with a focus on revenue, retention, and lifetime value. You’ll build thoughtful journeys, optimize performance, and partner with Creative, Ecommerce, and Data in a fast-moving, premium apparel environment.

Based in Santa Monica, CA, the role is hybrid with 3 days in-office. Ideal candidates own Klaviyo, Shopify, GA4, and have strong analytics, segmentation, and cross-functional

Qualifications

• 6+ years in CRM, lifecycle or email marketing in ecommerce or digitally driven consumer business.
• Proven ownership of email, SMS, and push strategies for high-growth brands.
• Hands-on mastery of Klaviyo including flows, segmentation, testing, and reporting.
• Experience with Shopify, GA4, Triple Whale, and ecommerce analytics tools.
• Strong ability to translate data into actionable CRM improvements and revenue impact.

Responsibilities

• Own Malbon’s global CRM and lifecycle strategy across email, SMS, and push.
• Develop and optimize customer journeys to drive first-to-second purchase and LTV.
• Build sophisticated audience segments using behavioral and transactional data.
• Lead CRM calendar across launches, campaigns, events, and promotions.
• Partner with Creative, Ecommerce, and Data teams to execute campaigns.
• Maintain Klaviyo expert-level setup, testing, and reporting.
• Ensure data hygiene, consent compliance, and deliverability.
• Develop geo-targeted strategies for domestic and international markets.
• Own CRM reporting, benchmarks, and testing roadmap.
