Qualifications

• 3+ years of CRM or retention experience for a B2C brand.
• Strong passion for segmentation, strategy, and high‑performing campaigns.
• Experience in online gaming or related industry preferred.
• Proficiency with tools such as Pushwoosh, HTML, and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Define strategy and KPIs for CRM campaigns.
