Job summary

Caesars Sportsbook & Casino is seeking a CRM Coordinator to manage CRM campaigns and drive retention through customized player journeys across the customer lifecycle to maximize customer loyalty.

You will create, segment, and launch remarketing campaigns—emails, in-app and push—and perform A/B tests, ensure adherence to industry best practices, and collaborate across teams to deliver results.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of experience in an auditing role within a casino or other highly regulated industry.
• Preferred experience in Gaming Audit and Title 31/Bank Secrecy Act.
• Knowledge of gaming regulations is highly preferred.
• Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Must be able to obtain and maintain NJ Gaming Control Board registration and any required licenses.

Responsibilities

• Create, segment, and launch remarketing campaigns (emails, in-app, push).
• Perform A/B or multivariate testing on CRM journeys.
• Ensure CRM journeys comply with current industry best practices.
• Assist in content communications as necessary.
