Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum of 10 years of relevant healthcare, analytics, data science, marketing, or consulting experience.
• Bachelor's degree required; master's preferred.
• Experience managing a budget over $5M annually.
• Hands-on depth with Veeva CRM and Salesforce in a field-based organization.
• Proven ability to lead teams and influence across functions.

Responsibilities

• Own the live CRM and field experience, ensuring availability through decommission and smooth migration.
• Lead change management for field adoption, training curricula, and stakeholder communications.
• Drive AI-enabled CRM capabilities and Fieldforce adoption with sales leadership alignment.
• Support new product launches with CRM readiness and hypercare plan.
• Translate representative workflows into CRM requirements and validate data readiness.
