Job summary

Bristol Myers Squibb in Princeton, NJ seeks a Senior Manager, CRM Engineering, Administration & Development. You will lead AI-enabled CRM solutions, UIX strategy for Veeva CRM, and global engineering teams to deliver compliant, scalable platforms.

Strong leadership in AI governance and cross-functional delivery is essential. The role requires extensive Veeva CRM experience, Java SDK development, and SDLC leadership in a regulated life sciences environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• 9+ years of IT experience in CRM software development, platform administration, and enterprise delivery.
• 5+ years in Veeva CRM including UIX/MyInsights/X-Pages, security models, and integrations.
• 3+ years of hands-on development with Java/Java SDK or scripting in CRM environments.
• 1+ year of applied AI/ML or Generative AI in enterprise CRM or field tech.
• 4+ years of SDLC experience in validated, regulated life sciences environments.
• Experience designing and implementing CRM integrations via REST/SOAP APIs.

Responsibilities

• Define and lead AI-powered Engineering & Development across CRM capabilities.
• Champion AI-first engineering practices including AI agents and automated testing.
• Drive platform simplification and intelligent automation programs.
• Lead end-to-end UIX strategy for Veeva CRM field interfaces and architecture.
• Govern CRM environment strategy with validated systems standards and change control.
• Lead global CRM developers, administrators, and AI specialists across locations.
• Manage vendor relationships and cross-functional product roadmaps.
