Responsibilities

Develop and centralize CRM strategy across Priority Power, including mergers and new lines.
Lead requirements sessions with sales and support teams to improve lead-to-cash processes.
Serve as systems administrator for Salesforce and other CRM systems, ensuring data quality and cost control.
Collaborate with IT, Finance, and BI to automate reporting and forecasting at scale.
