Job summary

Onward Search is seeking a CRM Designer for Email & Front-End work to support consumer marketing campaigns. The role involves designing responsive emails, building modular templates in ESPs, and producing CRM assets across Vogue, Vanity Fair, and GQ brands.

You will apply HTML/CSS and front-end skills to ensure high-quality email deliverables. The position is a contract on-site Monday-Thursday with remote Fridays in New York City.

Qualifications

• Design and develop responsive HTML emails optimized for various clients and devices.
• Create and sustain modular, reusable email templates within ESPs to enable efficient production.
• Develop digital assets for CRM channels including banners, social content, animations, and videos.
• Apply front-end knowledge (HTML/CSS, JavaScript) to hand-code email and web assets.
• Conduct quality testing across platforms to ensure visual and functional integrity.

Responsibilities
