Qualifications

• 4–5 years in email marketing, CRM design, or front-end digital design.
• Strong HTML/CSS skills with experience coding responsive emails.
• Experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Braze, Iterable, or similar ESP platforms.
• Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, Photoshop, Illustrator, and After Effects.
• Experience designing display ads, digital marketing assets, and lifecycle campaigns.

Responsibilities

• Design and code responsive HTML email campaigns.
• Create digital marketing assets, including display banners, paid social, and CRM lifecycle creatives.
• Build and maintain reusable email templates and design systems.
• Ensure cross-browser and cross-email client compatibility through QA and testing.
• Collaborate with creative, marketing, and project teams to optimize campaign performance.
• Apply HTML, CSS, and basic JavaScript to troubleshoot and enhance digital assets.
• Stay current on email marketing trends, AI-assisted design tools, and front-end best practices.
