Job summary

Solomon Page is seeking a hands-on CRM Designer for a top media/publishing client in New York. The role focuses on email design and development with a front-end lens, building modular templates in ESPs and crafting lifecycle assets across email, site, app, and paid display.

You’ll QA with Litmus and collaborate with Creative leads, staying current with AI-enabled tools to optimize performance across channels.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience designing and coding responsive HTML emails with cross-client rendering.
• Experience in an ESP such as Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Braze or Iterable.
• Strong design and front-end skills supporting CRM and lifecycle assets.

Responsibilities

• Design and build responsive, on-brand HTML emails optimized for rendering and deliverability.
• Develop modular email templates and CRM design systems within ESPs for fast, consistent production.
• Conceptualize and produce lifecycle creative including display banners and paid/social assets.
• Apply front-end knowledge (HTML/CSS, basic JS) to hand-code or troubleshoot assets.
• QA assets using Litmus/Email on Acid and ensure brand standards across the portfolio.
• Collaborate with Creative Leads and PMs, using data to optimize asset performance.
