Job summary

Onward Search is seeking a CRM Designer for Email & Front-End work to support consumer marketing campaigns. The role involves designing responsive emails, building modular templates in ESPs, and producing CRM assets across Vogue, Vanity Fair, and GQ brands.

You will apply HTML/CSS and front-end skills to ensure high-quality email deliverables. The position is a contract on-site Monday-Thursday with remote Fridays in New York City.

Qualifications

This is a contract role and on-site Monday-Thursday, remote on Friday in New York City, 1 WTC. CRM Designer, Email & Front-End Specialist Qualifications:

• 4-5 years of proven experience in design, with a focus on engaging, revenue-driven campaigns.
• Hands-on experience designing and coding responsive HTML emails within ESPs like Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Braze, or Iterable.
• Familiarity with AI tools and willingness to explore AI-assisted design and development.
• Working knowledge of front-end development languages (HTML, CSS, JavaScript a plus).
• Strong portfolio showcasing email, CRM, and display/banner work emphasizing high-quality, performance-driven designs.
