URBN Urban Outfitters, Inc. is seeking a skilled Digital Marketing Associate to join the Outbound marketing team. You will create and optimize email campaigns, ensuring visually appealing, responsive emails that meet industry standards.

You will collaborate with designers, marketers, and developers to bring email strategies to life, handling coding, testing, automation, and analytics to drive performance.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in email development or related role with a portfolio.
• Proficiency in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript for email templates.
• Experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud and/or Bluecore.
• Experience with responsive email design techniques.
• Understanding of email deliverability and inbox placement best practices.

Responsibilities

• Build, test, and deploy responsive HTML emails for campaigns.
• Optimize emails for all devices and clients (Outlook, Gmail, mobile).
• Write clean HTML, CSS, and JS for templates with industry best practices.
• Integrate templates into automation platforms (Mailchimp, Salesforce, HubSpot, Bluecore).
• Conduct AB tests to improve deliverability and open/click rates.
• Analyze campaign metrics and suggest improvements with the marketing team.
• Collaborate with designers and content creators to maintain brand standards.
• Troubleshoot email rendering, deliverability, and platform compatibility.
