Upbound Group, Inc. is seeking a CRM HTML Designer/Developer to build and deploy high‑quality, responsive email campaigns across multiple clients and devices.

You will hand‑code table‑based, inline‑styled HTML/CSS and apply mobile‑first, fluid‑hybrid techniques to ensure consistent rendering in Outlook, Gmail, and Apple Mail. You’ll test with Litmus, validate links and images, and collaborate with product, personalization, and legal teams.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years coding responsive, table‑based HTML/CSS for email with cross‑client QA.
• Familiar with inline CSS, limited/unsupported properties and Outlook quirks.
• Experience with ESP platforms (Zeta, SFMC, Braze, Iterable, Klaviyo, Mailchimp, HubSpot).
• Dynamic content scripting (Liquid; AMPscript; Velocity a plus) and Litmus/Email on Acid QA.
• Collaboration and project management in fast‑paced environments.

Responsibilities

• Develop and deploy high‑quality, responsive email campaigns across 50+ clients/devices.
• Design & hand‑code table‑based HTML emails with inline styles and mobile‑first techniques.
• Test & QA at scale using Litmus; validate links, images, and fallbacks before launches.
• Personalize at scale with dynamic content and scripting; set up automations and lifecycle content.
• Maintain modular design systems and contribute to cross‑channel orchestration.
