Job summary

University of Nebraska at Kearney (UNK) seeks a CRM Analyst to manage CRM activities and deliver reports, dashboards, and training for the Loper Success Hub. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field (Communication, IT, Business, Marketing)
• 2+ years CRM experience or managing databases with data reporting
• Ability to use database/search tools to retrieve, organize, and analyze data for reporting and decision-making
• Ability to develop and coordinate strategic student communication plans
• Ability to manage multiple projects by establishing priorities, coordinating stakeholders, monitoring progress, and meeting timelines
• Excellent attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and adaptability in a changing environment
• Strong communication and listening skills, able to work independently and in a team

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day CRM operations and user support for the Loper Success Hub
• Develop reports and dashboards to support student success initiatives
• Test enhancements and conduct business analysis for CRM improvements
• Deliver training and create workflows and campaigns in collaboration with CRM admins
• Coordinate with Enrollment Technology Strategies and ITS to optimize CRM use across the lifecycle
• Assist with assessment and reporting for federal/state/private sponsors/funders
