Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree plus two years of experience working with students, educators, and business professionals, in an advisory role required.
• Demonstrated capacity for project management, writing, and public speaking skills.
• Ability to communicate effectively in a wide range of situations.
• Ability to use data to assist in decision making, advising software programs, student information systems, and common office technology software systems.
• Ability to work as an effective team member.

Responsibilities

• Proactively engaging with students through the college’s academic success programming.
• Using provided college analytics and data to coordinate appropriate outreach and response using a variety of methods to targeted student populations.
• Leveraging a community of collaborative relationships with student success stakeholders across NCTA to promote student persistence and academic success.
• Coordinating college-level programming to increase sense of belonging, access, and success among all NCTA students.
