Job summary

University of Nebraska Kearney (UNK) seeks an Assistant Director for Enrollment Experiences to lead and support on-campus recruitment and conversion activities for prospective and enrolling students. You will coordinate with campus partners to plan events, manage CRM-based communications, and oversee admissions events such as New Student Enrollment and Admitted Student Day.

The role reports to the Director of Admissions and is part of the Admissions events and visits team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• Two years of event management experience.
• Excellent communication, management and problem solving skills.
• Ability to interact with and lead individuals and groups with confidence and precision.

Responsibilities

• Lead on-campus recruitment and conversion experiences for prospective and enrolling students.
• Plan, coordinate and execute admissions events with campus partners.
• Develop and manage event communications, registration and logistics through CRM.
• Evaluate event outcomes and report data through dashboards.
