Job summary

Inter is seeking a CRM & Content Analyst to join the Global Growth team. Focus will be on designing, executing, and optimizing CRM and content strategies for Marketplace and International Loans (Mortgage) products, expanding globally and improving acquisition, engagement, and retention.

The role collaborates with Product and Data teams to balance customer experience with channel efficiency and business outcomes. English proficiency and CRM/digital marketing expertise are essential.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in CRM, Copywriting, or Digital Marketing.
• Solid understanding of A/B testing methodologies and funnel metrics.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Familiarity with CRM tools (Salesforce, RD Station, HubSpot) and data/analytics platforms (GA4, Tableau, Power BI).
• Advanced English proficiency, with strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Liase communication, customer experience, and roadmap with the Product team and stakeholders.
• Collaborate with Data Engineering and IT teams to develop scalable automations.
• Create, manage, and execute multichannel campaigns and journeys (email, push, WhatsApp, SMS, in-app messages, banners, landing pages).
• Analyze customer profiles and behavior to support audience segmentation and offers.
• Ensure all content aligns with brand voice and language standards; conduct A/B tests and document learnings.
• Develop analyses and executive reports translating data into actionable insights.
• Ensure compliance with applicable regulations in data handling.
