Job summary

City of Little Rock seeks a data-driven professional to collect, organize and manage research tools and data across CRM and CMS systems, and to develop reports reviewing performance for advertising, economic impact, visitor arrivals and spending to boost the Little Rock Convention and Visitors Bureau's Sales and Marketing Division.

This role emphasizes leveraging advanced Excel and CRM/CMS administration to enable strategic insights and informed decision-making, with scheduling that includes

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Business Management, Data Analytics, Economics, Statistics or related area.
• Two years of experience in administration and maintenance of a CRM or CMS, or related area.
• Two years of demonstrated advanced-level Microsoft Excel experience.
• Equivalent combinations of education and experience will be considered.
• Must be available to work nights, holidays, and weekends as required.
• This position may require pre-employment drug/alcohol screening or background investigation.

Responsibilities

• Collect, organize and manage research tools and data in CRM, CMS and other relational databases.
• Develop reports to review and analyze performance information for advertising, economic impact, visitor arrivals and visitor spending.
• Improve and increase the productivity of the LRCVB Sales and Marketing Division.
