City of Little Rock is seeking a data-driven professional to organize CRM/CMS data and manage research tools. The role focuses on creating insightful reports on advertising, economic impact, visitor activity and spending to boost the Sales and Marketing Division of the LRCVB.
The position requires a Bachelor’s degree in a related field and 2+ years in data analytics with CRM/CMS experience, plus strong Excel skills. Night, holiday, and weekend availability may be required.
To collect, organize and manage research tools and data in the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) and Content Management (CMS) and other relational database systems; develops reports to review and analyze performance information for activities related to advertising, economic impact, visitor arrivals, visitor spending and related activities to improve and increase the productivity of the Little Rock Convention and Visitors Bureau (LRCVB) Sales and Marketing Division.
This is a Safety-Sensitive Job for Purposes of the Arkansas Medical Marijuana Amendment.
This position is not considered Essential Personnel under the LRCVB Inclement Weather policy.
These knowledge, skills, and abilities are usually, although not always, acquired through the completion of a Bachelor’s degree Business Administration, Business Management, Data Analytics, Economics, Statistics or a related area; two (2) years of experience in the administration and maintenance of a customer relationship management or content management system, or a related area; and two (2) years of demonstrated advanced-level Microsoft excel experience. Equivalent combinations of education and experience will be considered.
