Job summary

The Las Vegas Convention and Visitors Authority is seeking a Manager of CRM Administration to own and optimize the Simpleview CRM, delivering reliable insights and streamlined processes. You will lead user adoption, data governance, and cross‑functional collaboration with vendors to ensure data quality and scalable CRM solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent with 4 years of CRM admin experience.
• 3–5 years’ experience administering a CRM platform (preferably Simpleview).
• Strong knowledge of CRM configuration, user administration, workflows, automation, reporting, and data quality management.
• Experience with data architecture, governance, cleanup, and validation practices.
• Excellent written and oral communication with vendors, management, and ambassadors.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day administration and configuration of the Simpleview CRM to support business processes.
• Define and maintain CRM data standards, validation rules, and data quality controls.
• Partner with internal departments to gather requirements and design CRM solutions improving workflow efficiency.
• Serve as liaison with Simpleview and other vendors on CRM issues, enhancements, and tests.
• Oversee CRM integrations with connected systems and develop user guides and training materials.
