Job summary

True Religion in El Segundo, CA, is seeking a CRM Associate to execute multi-channel campaigns across email, SMS, and push. You will build journeys, schedule sends, test, and deploy messages while drafting briefs and reporting performance.

Your role includes setting up multi-channel journeys, ensuring flawless execution, and contributing to the CRM strategy through data-driven optimizations. Hybrid in-office collaboration is required.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years running email, SMS, or push campaigns.
• Hands-on set-up, scheduling, QA and deployment in enterprise platforms.
• Experience drafting briefs and running A/B tests.
• Ability to pull campaign reports and guide decisions.

Responsibilities

• Execute day-to-day production of campaigns across email, SMS, and push.
• Build campaigns and journeys per CRM Manager specifications.
• Own QA, proof copy, links, rendering, and targeting for each send.
• Draft briefs for campaigns and automations.
• Conduct A/B tests to improve engagement and outcomes.
• Support reporting on channel KPIs and CRM strategy.
• Maintain CRM calendar and stay current on best practices.
