Job summary

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in CRM or marketing automation.
• Strong hands-on experience with Braze, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, or HubSpot.
• Advanced English at C1 level and ability to work independently remotely.
• Fully remote work with a remote-first culture.

Responsibilities

• Deliver, optimize, and manage multichannel customer engagement campaigns in a remote-first environment.
• Translate marketing strategies into personalized campaigns across email, SMS, push, and WhatsApp.
• Plan, configure, and execute CRM campaigns using Braze and other platforms.
• Collaborate with clients and internal teams to translate briefs into tailored solutions.
• Monitor KPIs and prepare reports to communicate insights.
