Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution.
• 1+ years of experience in higher education admissions, marketing, communications, or a general administrative operations role.
• Hands-on experience using a database system, marketing platform, or CRM (e.g., Slate, Salesforce) to look up information, pull lists, or send communications.

Responsibilities

• Draft, design, and deploy engaging, audience-tailored communication content, email campaigns, and automated text workflows.
• Build and schedule CRM communication features—Deliver campaigns, automated workflows, SMS, and event communications.
• Collaborate with admissions operations and marketing to align data workflows, content production, and timing.
• Ensure all CRM emails, texts, and landing pages adhere to brand guidelines and legal requirements.
• QA and testing of logic, links, and layouts; monitor delivery metrics and optimize performance.
