Job summary

Hamline University is seeking a CRM Communications Coordinator to manage day-to-day, data-driven communications across undergraduate, graduate, and degree-completion programs. The role emphasizes technical setup, visuals, timing, and brand-aligned messaging within Slate CRM.

You will work closely with the enrollment operations team, university marketing, and enrollment managers to ensure timely, accurate communications from inquiry through enrollment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution.
• 1+ years in higher education admissions, marketing, or a related administrative role.
• Hands-on experience using a database/CRM (e.g., Slate, Salesforce) to pull lists or send communications.

Responsibilities

• Draft, design, and deploy audience-tailored emails and automated texts for undergrad, graduate, and completion programs.
• Build and schedule CRM campaigns and event communications with approved content.
• Create mobile-optimized email layouts using template tools and editors.
• Set up data-driven content blocks using queries and Liquid to tailor messages.
• Collaborate with admissions, operations, and marketing to align schedules with recruitment milestones.
• Ensure all CRM communications adhere to brand guidelines and privacy standards.
• QA and proof emails, links, and layouts; monitor delivery metrics and report results.
• Provide backup support to enrollment operations and document processes for continuity.
