Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience in communications, marketing, project coordination, higher education, or a related area preferred.
• Experience with email marketing, CRM systems, website content management, or similar platforms preferred.
• Experience with Slate CRM, or willingness to learn Slate, preferred.
• Experience with Adobe InDesign and Illustrator, preferred.
• Proficiency with Microsoft 365 applications.

Responsibilities

• Create email templates and build, test, and prepare communications in Slate.
• Maintain recurring Admissions communications, including visit, application, and other enrollment emails.
• Update monthly scholarship opportunity emails and set up event emails.
• Coordinate communications for Athletics outreach and update flows as needed.
• Draft monthly parent, alumni, and staff newsletters and assemble content.
• Coordinate event registrations and update related communications and website information.
• Review Admissions print materials and coordinate content changes with staff.
