Porsche Financial Services, Inc. is seeking a CRM Marketing Automation Specialist to lead technical execution, automation, and optimization of CRM programs across Porsche, Bentley, and Lamborghini Financial Services.

You will work with Salesforce Marketing Cloud to build journeys, manage data, and ensure compliant, personalized customer communications. Reporting to the Manager, CRM, you’ll partner with the CRM Marketing Manager to deploy campaigns across multiple channels, monitor performance,

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a relevant field.
• Salesforce Marketing Cloud certifications preferred.

Responsibilities

• Build, configure, and maintain CRM campaigns within Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
• Execute automated customer lifecycle journeys for acquisition, onboarding, engagement, and retention.
• Configure automation workflows, decision splits, triggered communications, and personalized experiences.
• Partner with CRM Marketing Manager to execute campaigns across email, direct mail, SMS and other channels.
• Validate campaign execution and monitor delivery performance.
• Develop audience segmentation and maintain data extensions, automations, and data models.
