Job summary

Central Power Systems & Services is seeking a Critical Power Sales Specialist to drive growth in our Critical Power Division. You will actively engage electrical contractors, engineers and end-users, develop strong relationships, and generate quotations for projects across the Americas market.

The role requires field sales focus, product knowledge of generators, UPS and related equipment, and comfortable travel. A strong emphasis on customer service and teamwork is essential.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in the electrical industry in sales or field service
• Experience with generators, UPS systems, electrical distribution or switching systems preferred
• Strong communication, interpersonal and leadership skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines

Responsibilities

• Cultivate sales opportunities with new and existing accounts
• Develop relationships with electrical contractors, engineers and end-users
• Engage with local trade associations and user groups
• Prepare quotations for projects and manage submittals
• Collaborate with inside sales to manage projects across the sales cycle
• Maintain customer data and activity in CRM
• Coordinate with service department to offer preventive maintenance agreements
• Travel overnight 2–4 nights per month as needed
