Job summary

Nationwide Power is seeking a skilled field service professional to maintain and service critical power equipment, including UPS, PDUs, and battery systems. The role combines on-site and remote work, with emergency response available around the clock in a fast-paced environment.

You will independently plan maintenance visits, troubleshoot power systems, and communicate clearly with customers to ensure reliability and safety.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree in Electrical or Electronic Engineering technology or related field.
• At least 4 years of experience servicing, troubleshooting, installing, and maintaining critical power equipment.
• Proficiency with MS Outlook, Word, and Excel; strong written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Schedule and conduct preventative maintenance services.
• Respond to emergency calls 24/7 when necessary.
• Troubleshoot critical power systems to identify root causes and perform repairs.
