Job summary

Nationwide Power Solutions Inc is seeking a UPS critical power field service professional to support customers in the Dallas, TX area. You will perform preventive maintenance, troubleshoot UPS, PDUs, and battery systems, and respond to emergency calls around the clock.

Join a team with extensive experience in critical power and a commitment to precision, safety, and customer satisfaction. Travel by own vehicle to client sites is required.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree in Electrical or Electronic Engineering technology or related field.
• At least 4 years of experience servicing, troubleshooting, installing, and maintaining critical power equipment.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to read electrical diagrams and schematics.

Responsibilities

• Independently schedule and conduct preventive maintenance services on UPS, PDUs, bypass cabinets, and battery systems.
• Respond to emergency calls 24/7 when necessary.
• Troubleshoot critical power systems to identify root causes and perform repairs to minimize downtime.
• Provide guidance to less experienced team members and assist with equipment commissioning.
