Sure Power, Inc. is seeking a UPS Service Engineer to refurbish, install, maintain, and troubleshoot UPS systems and related equipment for data centers and critical power environments.

This role includes on-site commissioning, testing, and emergency support across the continental United States. You will read electrical schematics, design reviews, and coordinate with technical support to resolve issues, while building battery systems and ensuring quality control.

Qualifications

• Associates degree or equivalent with 2+ years in UPS field service, or 5+ years in the field.
• Experience reading electrical schematics and diagnosing UPS issues.
• Willingness to work varied shifts, including nights, weekends, and on-call emergencies.

Responsabilités

• Refurbish, install, maintain and repair UPS systems and components.
• Perform commissioning, testing, and on-site verifications.
• Build battery systems and prepare equipment for shipment.
• Provide emergency on-call support and customer liaison.
• Complete Field Service Reports and update client records.
