Job summary

Responsibilities

• Plans, designs, installs and supports critical computer systems in a regulated and secure environment.
• Provides technical guidance on critical infrastructure software/hardware to IT staff.
• Develops standards for infrastructure software/hardware and supports compliant systems.
• Coordinates upgrades with control centers and IT/business units.
• Prepares activity and progress reports; stays current on new hardware and software.
