Responsibilities

• Assist with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, feeding, hygiene, mobility).
• Support care plan under RN guidance and communicate patient status changes.
• Take vital signs, perform phlebotomy, EKGs, and point-of-care testing as directed.
• Reinforce patient and family education on care needs and safety.
• Participate in patient satisfaction and quality improvement activities.
• Adhere to safety protocols and complete required competencies.
