Eligible RNs may receive a sign-on bonus up to $10,000 for qualifying experience and $5,000 for new graduates. Join a team providing advanced telemetry, central line care, and high-level patient management for conditions like CHF, COPD, DKA, and sepsis.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school of professional nursing.
• Current RN licensure in the State of Ohio.
• Current BLS for healthcare providers.
• Current ACLS certification or obtained within 6 months of hire.
• BSN preferred.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and assess patient status with telemetry monitoring.
• Provide bedside nursing care per unit protocols and orders.
• Assist with bedside procedures (e.g., endoscopies) and manage critical care interventions.
• Collaborate with patient care assistants, therapists, and providers to ensure safe care.
