MetroHealth in Ohio is seeking a dedicated registered nurse for the Critical Care Step Down Unit, 7 West. You will provide bedside care in a high-acuity environment, including monitoring patients on telemetry and supporting ventilatory needs.

Required are an Ohio RN license and BLS; ACLS within 6 months is preferred. This on-site role offers a bi-weekly schedule and rotating shifts with weekend/holiday considerations.

Qualificações

• Graduate of an accredited school of professional nursing (or a program seeking accreditation).
• Current Registered Nurse licensure in the State of Ohio.
• Current AHA Basic Life Support certification or obtained within 90 days of hire.
• Current ACLS certification or obtained within 6 months of hire.

Responsabilidades

• Provide bedside nursing care in the Critical Care Step Down Unit (CCSD), 7 West.
• Monitor patient status with telemetry and collaborate with care team.
• Support patients with ventilatory support, suctioning, and airway protection.
• Assist with bedside procedures (endoscopies, bronchoscopies) and complex orders.
• Demonstrate critical thinking, delegation, and time management in a high-acuity setting.
