Job summary

MetroHealth in Ohio is seeking a Full-Time Registered Nurse for the Critical Care Step Down Unit, 7 West. Bi-Weekly Hours: 72; Shift: 7a-7p with rotating weekends and holidays.

Join our CCSD team on 7 West. Sign-on bonus up to $10,000 for experienced RNs and $5,000 for new graduates. Expect EKG interpretation, central line care, Bi-PAP/Trach/Vents, bedside procedures, and strong critical thinking in a collaborative setting.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school of professional nursing.
• Current Registered Nurse licensure in the State of Ohio.
• Current BLS for Healthcare Providers certification.
• ACLS certification within 6 months of hire.

Responsibilities

• EKG interpretation.
• Central Line care.
• Rescue Bi-pap, High Flow Oxygen, Trach/Vents.
• Assist with bedside procedures (endoscopies, bronchoscopies).
• Critical thinking, delegating, time management.
