Job summary

MetroHealth Main Campus- Glick is seeking a PRN RN for the Critical Care Step Down Unit 7 West in Ohio. The role involves patient care, EKG interpretation, central line management, and telemetry monitoring on a 14-bed unit.

Required: graduate of an accredited nursing program, Ohio RN license, BLS and ACLS either already or within required timeframes. PRN requires 1 year of RN experience.

Qualifications

• RN graduate from an accredited nursing program.
• Current Ohio RN license.
• BLS certification or obtained within 90 days of hire.
• ACLS certification or obtained within 6 months of hire.
• PRN requires 1 year of relevant RN experience.
• PRN must possess all required certifications upon hire.

Responsibilities

• Care for patients on the Critical Care Step Down Unit 7 West.
• Collaborate with PCNAs, nurse interns, and providers.
• Assist with bedside procedures and monitor patients.
• Respond to emergencies with critical thinking and prioritization.
