As an RN in our Critical Care family you will deliver patient-centered care across the continuum, collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, and uphold our mission of equitable care.

Qualifications

• Active MA RN license or ability to obtain one.
• 1+ years RN experience preferred.
• BLS certification required; ACLS as required in certain units.
• Nursing degree: Diploma, ASN or BSN (preferred).
• Ability to obtain BSN within 4 years.

Responsibilities

• Deliver nursing care in the Critical Care unit, including assessment, planning, intervention, evaluation, and education of patients.
• Communicate with health care team members, patients, and families.
• Coordinate and delegate patient care activities to inter-professional colleagues.
• Update and manage patient records and enter data in electronic systems.
• Follow BMC nursing guidelines and policies.
• Support leadership in quality improvement projects.
