Qualifications

• Active or pending Massachusetts RN license required or ability to obtain one.
• 1+ year RN experience preferred.
• BLS certification; ACLS required in certain units.

Responsibilities

• Deliver nursing care in the Critical Care unit using patient-centered care.
• Communicate with health care team, patients, and families.
• Coordinate and delegate patient care activities to inter-professional colleagues.
• Update and manage patient records in the EMR.
• Follow nursing guidelines and participate in quality improvement.
• Support leadership in quality initiatives as needed.

Massachusetts RN license

Nursing experience

BLS/ACLS certification

Education
