Job summary

MetroHealth in Bay Village, OH, is seeking an experienced RN for the Critical Care Step Down Unit (7 West). This full-time position features a rotating 7a–7p schedule, bi-weekly hours of 72, 24-bed unit, and a sign-on bonus up to $10,000 for qualifying experience.

You will care for patients with CHF, COPD, DKA, and sepsis, and support collaboration across care teams. Preferred BSN, Ohio RN licensure, BLS, and ACLS.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school of professional nursing.
• Current Registered Nurse licensure in the State of Ohio.
• Current AHA BLS certification or obtained within 90 days of hire.
• Current ACLS certification or obtained within 6 months of hire.

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care in the Critical Care Step Down Unit with appropriate patient monitoring.
• Assist with bedside procedures (endoscopies, bronchoscopies) as needed.
