ChristianaCare's Medical ICU at Christiana Hospital is seeking a Registered Nurse to join our high-acuity team. Qualifications
- BSN required; ADN considered with BSN commitment within 3 years.
- Minimum 1 year acute care experience.
- BLS required; ACLS preferred (must obtain within 6 months of hire).
Responsibilities
- Provide expert care for critically ill patients in a fast-paced, high-acuity ICU environment.
- Partner with physicians, specialists, and a multidisciplinary team to deliver life-saving interventions.
- Advocate for patients and families during their most vulnerable moments.
- Use advanced monitoring and treatment strategies to achieve the best outcomes.
