Job summary

ChristianaCare's Medical Intensive Care Unit at Christiana Hospital is seeking a Registered Nurse for a full-time night shift with day shift rotations. You will provide expert care to critically ill patients, collaborate with physicians and a multidisciplinary team, and advocate for patients and families in high-acuity moments.

BSN is required with ADN considered if a BSN commitment is made within 3 years; 1 year acute care experience, BLS; ACLS preferred.

Qualifications

• BSN required (ADN considered with BSN commitment within 3 years).
• Minimum 1 year acute care experience required.
• BLS required; ACLS preferred (must obtain within 6 months of hire).

Responsibilities

• Provide expert care for critically ill patients in a fast-paced, high-acuity environment.
• Partner with physicians, specialists, and a multidisciplinary team to deliver life-saving interventions.
• Advocate for patients and families during their most vulnerable moments.
