ChristianaCare MICU, located at Christiana Hospital in Delaware, is seeking a Registered Nurse for a 36-hour weekly schedule with night shifts and day rotation. This full-time role offers a fast-paced critical-care environment with access to advanced technology.

You will provide expert care, collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, advocate for patients and families, and use advanced monitoring to optimize outcomes. BSN is required; ADN considered with BSN commitment within 3 years.

Qualifications

• BSN required; ADN considered with BSN commitment within 3 years.
• Minimum 1 year acute care experience.
• BLS required; ACLS preferred (must obtain within 6 months of hire).

Responsibilities

• Provide expert care for critically ill patients in a fast-paced, high-acuity environment.
• Partner with physicians and a multidisciplinary team to deliver life-saving interventions.
