Qualifications

• ACLS certification required or current certification at time of hire.
• IV/line placement experience required.
• Ability to effectively communicate in English with patients, families and staff.
• Minimum CCU or critical care experience; 1–3 years recommended.

Responsibilities

• Utilize evidence-based nursing practices to develop a care plan for complex patients.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to coordinate patient care.
• Support preceptor and charge nurse roles as needed.
• Ensure high reliability and patient-centered care in a fast-paced unit.
