Boston Medical Center (BMC) is hiring a Registered Nurse for the MICU A & B, nights with rotating weekends, in Boston. You will provide comprehensive critical care to acute patients using a patient-centered care model and work within a supportive nursing organization.

The role requires MA RN licensure, BSN or diploma/ASN, BLS, ACLS as applicable. Competitive pay, scheduling flexibility, and growth opportunities are highlighted in the benefits package.

Formación

• Active MA RN license or ability to obtain one.
• 1+ year RN experience preferred.
• BLS certification required; ACLS in certain units.
• Nursing degree: Diploma, ASN or BSN (preferred); BSN within 4 years.

Responsabilidades

• Deliver nursing care in the Critical Care unit, including assessing, diagnosing, planning, intervening, evaluating, and educating patients.
• Communicate with health care team members, patients, and families.
• Coordinate and delegate appropriate patient care activities to inter-professional colleagues.
• Update and manage patient records.
• Enter and interpret computerized data/information.
• Follow guidelines and policies established by BMC’s nursing organization.
• Assist leadership in quality improvement projects.
