Job summary

ChristianaCare's MICU team at Christiana Hospital in Maryland is seeking a Registered Nurse to deliver expert critical care. This full-time night shift with day rotations offers opportunities to work with advanced monitoring and a collaborative interdisciplinary team in a high-acuity Medical ICU.

Requirements include a BSN, a minimum of 1 year acute care experience, and BLS; ACLS is preferred and must be obtained within 6 months of hire.

Qualifications

• BSN is required; ADN considered only if willing to commit to BSN within 3 years
• Minimum 1 year of acute care experience required
• BLS required; ACLS preferred (must obtain within 6 months of hire)

Responsibilities

• Provide expert care for critically ill patients in a fast-paced, high-acuity environment
• Partner with physicians and multidisciplinary team to deliver life-saving interventions
• Advocate for patients and families during their most vulnerable moments
